Meatloaf, Mashed taters, and a Layered Salad :)

Meatloaf!

The BEEF!

Sweet Italian Sausage!

Everything else we throw in :)

Recipe for my meatloaf.
(i didn't actually measure, so these measurements aren't exact)
2 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. Sweet Italian Sausage
1/2 C. Salsa
2 Eggs
1 6oz. box of stuffing mix (I used Chef's cupboard Stuffing Mix for Chicken)
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. Steak Sauce
2 Tbsp. Hot Sauce
4 to 6 Tbsp. Water

*Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 min.*

Finished!

Mashed Taters!

A mix of yellow and red potatoes

"Recipe" for Mashed Taters
12 potatoes (technically, red potatoes aren't proper mashing potatoes)
1 stick of butter
4 Tbsp. sour cream
milk

Peel and cut the potatoes. Boil the pieces until they are soft and break apart when poked with a fork. When the potatoes are soft drain them. Put the drained potatoes, stick of butter, and a Tbsp. or 2 of milk into your mixer. Mix thoroughly until there aren't any lumps and the butter is mixed in completely. Add the sour cream and  mix in. If the potatoes seem a little thick you can add more milk.

*you don't have to use a whole stick of butter, but it sure does make the taters taste scrumptious! Course, it's one of the reasons I look the way I do. :)*

Ta Da!!
Layered Salad

1 Head of Iceberg Lettuce
1 Bag of baby Spinach
1 Red bell pepper
1 Head of Broccoli
2 Handfuls of baby Carrots
1/2 Bag of Frozen Baby Peas
1/2 Brick of Sharp Cheese

Rinse lettuce and spinach. Cut up pepper into small pieces. Cut broccoli into small pieces. Cut carrots into small pieces. Cut cheese into small cubes. Layer lettuce, spinach, pepper, broccoli, carrots, peas, cheese. Then repeat as many times as you'd like.

Finished!
